Calculation method of wall temperature of heat exchanger
There will be a certain temperature in the process of heat exchange. Sometimes, the wall temperature of the heat exchanger is different according to different temperatures. The calculation method of the wall temperature will be introduced in the following contents. It is used to calculate the wall temperature.
1. According to the temperature of cold and hot fluid, the wall temperature on one side is assumed;
2. The heat transfer coefficient of one side of the heat exchanger is calculated by the criterion relation;
3. The heat exchange Q1 on the unit area of this side is calculated by formula Q1 = A1 (t1-tw1);
4. According to the formula of heat resistance RP of heat exchanger plate, TW2 = tw1-q1rp is used to calculate the wall temperature TW2 on the other side;
5. The heat transfer coefficient A2 on the other side is calculated from the criterion relation;
6. The heat exchange Q2 of another unit area is calculated by formula q2=a2 (tw2-t2). If the assumed wall temperature of the heat exchanger is correct, it should be q1=q2; if Q1≠Q2, the wall temperature should be re assumed and calculated until Q1 and Q2 are basically equivalent.
7. Assuming multiple wall temperatures, the calculated Q1 and Q2 are plotted, where the intersection of Q1 and Q2 is wall temperature.
The calculation method of wall temperature of heat exchanger is mainly these. When calculating the wall temperature, the data can be inserted into the formula according to the above method, and the wall temperature of the equipment can be easily calculated. In its use, some values are also often calculated.
