Gypsum type non-purified brine mechanical compression heat pump salt making process
The domestic well salt and salt production process mostly uses multi-effect evaporation and MVR (mechanical compression) salt production process. When coal prices are cheap, multi-effect evaporation is chosen, and a five-effect evaporation process is generally used. In places where coal prices are rising and steam is more expensive, the MVR salt making process is chosen. Regardless of which process is chosen, the brine from the well mine needs to be preheated, preheated with the system's condensate, preheated to the evaporation temperature, and then passed to the evaporation system. This effectively utilizes the heat of the condensed water and saves steam for heating.
Choosing a tubular preheater can not fully utilize the heat of the condensed water. At the same time, the tubular heat exchanger needs to select a large heat exchange area, and the flow rate between the tubes is low during the operation, which is easy to scale, the heat exchange tube should be cleaned regularly. It takes time and labor, and cannot be produced continuously. The plate preheater is chosen to fully utilize the heat of the condensate, and the 125 degrees condensate heats the brine to 123 degrees. This is especially important in the MVR salt making process.
The domestic brine form is generally north calcium and south nitrate, that is, the brine in the north contains more calcium and magnesium ions, the scale is mostly calcium sulfate, and the brine in the south is mostly nitrate type, that is, sodium sulfate is more. The brine is very fouled in the heat exchanger, so most manufacturers will use brine purification, which is to remove the fouling of the brine first, and then use the plate preheater. This increases the cost of salt production. Zigong Blu-ray Design Institute and us jointly researched, experimented, and repeatedly debugged, and finally replaced the tubular heat exchanger with a plate heat exchanger. The first use was in the gypsum-type non-purified brine mechanical compression heat pump process. There is only one success story. The plate preheater that has been disassembled and cleaned in the past needs 7 days but now can last for 30 days, ensuring normal use of the user and improving production efficiency.
