1. Before purchase, carefully check the plate heat exchanger, and check it regularly when using it;

2. The plate heat exchanger shall conduct shell side pressure test, and check the connection joint between heat exchanger and tube plate, and then conduct pressure test on tube side;

3. The shell pressure test is carried out by the test pressure ring for the kettle reboiler (U-tube bundle) and the packing box heat exchanger, and then the joint is inspected, and then the pressure test is conducted at the pipe side;

4. The test pressure of the tube head is carried out by means of test pressure ring and floating head. For the kettle reboiler, special shell for pressure test of pipe head shall be provided, then the pressure test shall be conducted at the pipe side and finally the shell side pressure test shall be carried out;

5. The head pressure test of plate heat exchanger can be carried out by one set. When the processes of each heat exchanger are connected, the pressure test of tube side and shell side shall be conducted after overlapping assembly.

The sequence of plate heat exchanger pressure test must be observed. If the order is disordered, it is very dangerous to use the pressure test measurement inaccurate.
