1. Thermal insulation materials can be used for winding, especially the water supply facilities in the shade should be thickened, and the inlet and outlet pipes and valves of the water tank should be thickened.
2. For the water meter installed outdoors or in the well, the accumulated water in the well shall be removed and kept dry, and the sand shall be filled to the edge of the water meter.
3. The outdoor water pipes should also be wrapped with thermal insulation materials, and tightly wrapped, keep dry state, not wet state, and finally put on plastic bags for secondary protection.
4. If the water pipe has been frozen, you can open the valve, keep warm with hot towel, and then thaw slowly along the faucet to the water pipe with warm water. Do not use tools to open the water pipe violently. If the water is still hot, use a towel to thaw.
5. Protection measures can be taken on the water side, and the water inlet pipe can be installed with a filter screen (which can filter 1mm impurities). Or in the water inlet and outlet, install temperature sensor, set the temperature in the water inlet and outlet pipe respectively, when the temperature is less than the set value, the compressor stops.
6. The differential pressure sensor or flow switch can also be set in the inlet and outlet pipes. If the set value is not reached, the machine will stop.
7. At present, a new antifreeze method is very effective. It can improve the medium temperature of plate heat exchanger and preheat the fresh air. Steam heating or electric heating is commonly used. The heat exchanger can also be heated by secondary utilization of energy, which may cause frosting and ice blockage.
