From the perspective of the law of value, we all know that it is impossible to co-exist between high quality and low price, but in reality, we all rush for this product, and the final result is often unsatisfactory. Especially for imported plate heat exchangers.
In our communication with customers, we often hear customers say: Why is your heat exchanger selling so much more expensive than others? But they never say: Are you paying so much because you bid ALFA LAVAL/GEA?Today, we're going to talk about the unspoken rules of why heat exchangers are so cheap.
For a plate of the same model, we say that the heat transfer area is 0.65m2, but some manufacturers insist that it is 0.75/0.8. The total number of this sample plate is definitely reduced, and the heat transfer effect may not be significant at the beginning, but it becomes slower and slower until maintenance and replacement. Such manufacturers dare to change the concept, the thickness of the plate is certainly not up to the standard. If the thickness is above 0.4, they will say it is 0.5. However, If the thickness of the plate is not thick enough, it will cause a chain reaction.
Do you feel deja vu when you see this on the screen? If not, congratulations, you have found a factory as good as Rupert, or directly imported original products like GEA.
Do you get all of these points? This is just from the point of view of the plate, frame parts, tape......There are plenty of ways to save money. But Rupert's craftsman spirit, even the guide rods were chrome plated and cold-drawn. Such an enterprise, to industrial products to achieve handicraft requirements, how can it stop?
